How Savannah Celebrate St. Patrick's Day

Why the St. Patrick's Day Parade is so big in Savannah? How Savannah celebrate the holiday in its own way?

The day before the grand parade, people went to The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in order to welcome the big events in Savannah. The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist is the biggest church is a symbolic church and architecture in Savannah. Irish American and Catholic gather together to welcome the celebration of the big event and pray for the family and friends.

Savannah is well-know for the central park in the center of the city. The fountains are everywhere in the center of the park and square. You will notice that the fountains turns to green for one week to remind people get some green for the special events.

River street is full of visitors and local people in Savannah after the parade. People choose to order a cup of drink and sit besides the river to enjoy the unique night with Savannah.
